We are currently looking for a Credit Operations Analyst, for a private bank based in Monaco.
DUTIES
• Preparation of credit documentation, set-up and maintain credit lines.
• Review and approval of all Credit transactions (Loans, Payments).
• Ensure perfection of collateral prior to provision of credit facilities, liaising as necessary with internal and external legal representatives.
• Participate in system development and testing.
• Manage all credit requests and annual reviews to ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
• Work with Credit Risk and Credit Structuring Teams on the credit pipelines and Credit related reports to carry out extraction and statistics required as MI information.

The right candidate will be action orientated, with a focus on continuous improvement in all areas of work. Known for high energy and productivity the right candidate will be able to deliver quality results with a challenging, positive, influential style. The successful candidate will demonstrate creativity and pragmatism with an ability to deliver at speed. A sound commercial approach should be a priority with a focus on best practice.
The right candidate will possess excellent command of the English language with strong written and verbal communication skills and will be able to communicate effectively across all levels.
Attention to detail and a control mentality are pivotal to the role. The right candidate will have an excellent level of experience of using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience in Credit Operations, Lombard and Mortgage Lending and exposure management is advantageous.
